Dr. Rob's approach

Dr. Rob and his team provide a wide range of general dental treatments to keep you and your family healthy and smiling. Providing high-quality care and comfort to our patients are our number one priorities. Our team has completed advanced training and certifications to provide you with the best results possible.

We also empower you to be the decision-maker for your dental health care. We will provide you with expert advice and outline your available treatment, but we believe you are the best person to decide which options work best for you.

What to expect.

Your first visit is a chance to get to know us; we will listen intently to any questions or concerns you have and discuss your oral health. We know you’re going to love our team from your very first visit. At Valley Dental Clinic, we provide personalized care and treat patients like people, not numbers on a production line. Our sole purpose is to support you and your family to the best of our ability throughout your journey toward a lifetime of healthy smiles.

At your first visit, we will do a thorough evaluation as well as take X-rays and intraoral photographs to mark the current state of your oral health. This helps us to track changes and progress over time. Our team will also perform a dental cleaning at your first appointment unless we identify a need for full periodontal therapy. In that case, we’ll reschedule your cleaning for a future date. Oral cancer screenings are also part of each visit. This is a combination of palpation and visual inspection.

We love Valley Dental Clinic. I have been going there since I was a kid and now I bring my kids there. The atmosphere is calm and inviting. The staff is always kind and professional.

Stopping small concerns from becoming complex problems

The old adage of “prevention is better than cure” has never been truer than in the context of dental care. Having regular preventive checkups and cleanings ensures we can detect and address decay and other concerns early and easily. If left untreated, you and your family could face major dental problems in the future.

Among our cosmetically friendly treatment options at Valley Dental Clinic is the Bioclear method, which looks completely natural and requires only one appointment. Bioclear is a superior option to traditional tooth-colored composite fillings, as they are stronger and more durable.

Restoring weakened or damaged teeth

If you have broken, decayed, or damaged teeth, you may experience pain or trouble eating. Dental crowns help by restoring the teeth. They fit over the entire visible portion of the tooth for excellent strength and stability. At Valley Dental Clinic, we offer multiple dental-crown materials. The best option for your unique situation will depend on which tooth needs the crown as well as your personal preference. E.max, zirconia, or gold dental crowns are available. Every crown is custom-made in the lab for a perfect fit. We take digital impressions with our Trios scanner, which provides us with an accurate, high-resolution look at your tooth structure.

We also offer Bioclear, which is an innovative alternative to traditional crowns. It requires less preparation time and allows for a greater level of tooth retention. Bioclear material wears similarly to natural enamel and reduces the risk of fractures.

Root Canal Therapy

Stop tooth pain and save your tooth.

Sometimes the soft tissue within a tooth becomes severely damaged, infected, or inflamed. Numerous factors can cause this, including deep decay or an injury. Many patients in need of root canal therapy experience severe pain and have trouble doing everyday things like eating. If you’re in pain, be sure to seek treatment right away. Root canal therapy removes the infection to preserve the tooth and stop discomfort.

Banish gum sensitivity and get a healthier smile.

Dental care isn’t just about your teeth—healthy gums are just as important. Gingivitis is an early form of periodontal (gum) disease that causes red, swollen gums that bleed easily. With professional treatment and good home care, this stage is completely reversible. Periodontitis is the more serious form of gum disease where bone loss has already begun. Periodontal therapy aims to improve function, aesthetics, and comfort and prevent tooth loss by stopping disease progression and encouraging gum-tissue reattachment.

The solution for an irreparable tooth.

At Valley Dental Clinic, we will always try to save your teeth. However, it is necessary to remove a tooth if it is nonrestorable. Dr. Rob offers simple extractions as well as some surgical extractions, including wisdom-tooth removal. Each extraction is treated on a case-by-case basis. When you come in for an evaluation, Dr. Rob will go over your available options so you can make an informed decision about your tooth.

Lasting relief for TMJ Pain

The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is the joint connecting your lower jaw to your skull. TMJ disorders can cause significant pain around the face and jaw. Other symptoms include earache, difficulty opening and closing the mouth, jaw clicking, headaches, and chewing discomfort. TMJ issues can arise because of injuries, general wear and tear of the joint, or teeth grinding and jaw clenching. Valley Dental Clinic offers two main types of treatment for TMJ disorder. We can make a custom nightguard to prevent teeth grinding or use Botox injections to help relax the jaw muscles and relieve tension.
